Avetec’s Career Exploration in Science (ACES) Class of 2008 Graduates

Area students ranging in grades from 6-8 graduated July 22 from the second year of Avetec’s ACES program. Students attended a once-a-week summer program that included field trips around the region to explore careers in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math disciplines.

National Center for Advanced Modeling and Simulation Nearly Complete

Construction on Avetec’s new headquarters, the National Center for Advanced Modeling and Simulation, continues at 4170 Allium Court in Springfield, Ohio. The project remains on-schedule, and the building is set to open in early fall.

Avetec Hires Senior Level Systems Administrator and New Graduate Full-Time

Avetec has hired two new employees to advance the development of virtual testing environments to solve complex problems. Ed Wahl will be joining the DICE Program as a Senior Level Systems Administrator and Sarah Ammar, a recent Wright State graduate will be moving from part-time to full-time Communication Specialist with the company.
