New Avetec Facility

Avetec's new facility at the Nextedge Park will be a modern spin on prairie style architecture inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's Wescott House in Springfield. The 37,000 sq. foot facility will include Avetec’s headquarters and world-class computer modeling and simulation environment, visualization center, office and conference space.

Avetec broke ground on a state-of-the-art headquarters building at Springfield’s NextEdge Applied Research and Technology Park in October 2006. The new facility – slated for completion in October 2008 – will be approximately 37,000 square feet. It will include Avetec’s headquarters, computer modeling and simulation environment, the Center for Condition-Based Management and conference space.

The design and construction of the building is funded by a $9.9 million grant from the United States Department of Energy, which was secured by the help of U.S. Congressman Dave Hobson.

Avetec will occupy the new building starting in October 2008.

The new address is 4170 Allium Court, Springfield, Ohio 45505.
