Submitting a Project

A submitted proposal is subject to the DICE Terms and Conditions and Non-Disclosure Agreement that can be downloaded on this page, requested from Avetec through email (jmainord@avetec.org) or by telephone (937)322-5000 ext. 2040.

By submitting a proposal using this website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Non-Disclosure Agreement. Unless Avetec has signed an agreement with you to vary the terms in these documents, any terms modifying the Terms and Conditions and/or Non-Disclosure Agreement shall be null and void. If you wish to modify the terms, you may request a Word version of these documents by sending an email to jmainord@avetec.org.

In order to submit a project proposal, you must register for a username and password.
