DICE Methodology - What You Can Expect

The DICE Program uses a proven, robust process to test and evaluate. The methodology provides a standard process through which proposals are accepted, clients needs are evaluated and results are delivered, while providing the flexibility to adapt to each client's and project's unique needs.

Project Initiation
Client requests proposal. DICE assesses client requirements and project scope. DICE delivers a project proposal and quote for review and discussion. Project terms are discussed, agreed and the contract is signed. DICE project team and manager are assigned.
Robust Tests and Evaluation DICE defines the infrastructure and configuration. Delivers written test plan and schedule. DICE conducts required testing and analysis using the distributed DICE test environment against state, measureable performance goals. Interim project reviews and results are reported and reviewed with the client.  
Reporting DICE prepares a comprehensive Evaluation Report for review and comments. The final report is delivered. Intellectual property is protected. Your report and findings may be published on the DICE web site.
DICE Evaluation Emblem Once tested & evaluation, the product or technology is awarded the DICE Emblem and certificate. Products and technologies tested and/or evaluated in the DICE test bed can use the DICE Emblem in marketing communication and packaging according to DICE standards. Once evaluated, reassessment in the DICE test bed is available.
