Wanted: employees with science, engineering and information technology skills
There is a crisis in today’s workforce, and the future is in your hands.
Nearly 40 percent of NASA’s employees are over 55, and only 4 percent are under 30. And, the National Science Board says the number of U.S. jobs requiring science and engineering skills is growing almost 5 percent per year!
To obtain maximum impact from our research investments and ensure the availability of a modern workforce, educational advances must keep pace with science, engineering and computer science.
Learning doesn’t start or end in kindergarten, college or when we enter the workforce. It starts when formal learning begins, and it is a lifelong process that works best in a culture that embraces and supports lifelong learning.
Join Avetec as we prepare students for tomorrow’s high tech world.
