College and University Programs

Central State

At CSU, Avetec is currently assisting the College of Education with math and science preparation for pre-service teachers, as well as helping CSU in recruiting Springfield City students to attend their summer institutes. CSU students are also participating in Avetec’s intern program.
 

Clark State Community College

Avetec and Clark State are partners on a National Science Foundation Cyber Securtiy Grant.  CSCC students are participating in an internship program at Avetec.  Clark State and Avetec also are working together on the GEAR-UP and STARS program aimed at STEM education for the Springfield City School students. 

Wilberforce University

Avetec has assigned a full-time loaned executive to work with Wilberforce University. Avetec is focused on STEM internships and activities to help Wilberforce students enter engineering and computing fields, and has been recognized by the university as the Employer of the Year. 

Wittenberg University

Avetec and Wittenberg have built a strong relationship focused on their new computation science program, College of Education, and the School of Community Education.
